Description
Develop and manage documenting testing and reporting results.
Review control measures to ensure adequate risk elimination/mitigation and simultaneously assess for business efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive defined Compliance, key performance indicator & Compliance governance dashboard
Facilitate internal, external, and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and report as per requirements
Identifies any key compliance risks and weaknesses across the business and develop appropriate response or action plans to addresses these weaknesses.
Manage and supervise data breaches and report the data breach as per the regulatory requirements.
Performs ad hoc functions as may be required.
Job requirements:
Must have relevant experience in Compliance - Risk Management, managerial level.
Legal background is a plus
Excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
BPO experience is preferred
Solid understanding of Risk Management Tools
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
