COMPLIANCE AND PROCESS AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:
Review and audit company's process / SOPP (Standard Operating Policies and Procedures) and document generation.
Review and audit company's Compliance to Internal policies, rules, and regulations.
Ensure that the company policies and procedures are being implemental in all aspects of the operations.
Recheck the accuracy, validity, and completeness of documentation & reports.
Maintain utmost objectivity, honesty and unbiased view in execution of functions, and to avoid circumstances that might compromise this.
Recommend corrective measure for problems/bottlenecks/loopholes encountered, if any.
Oversee management of document archives including but not limited to Compliance Checklist.
Recommend corrective actions/promotions on personnel being handled, if any.
Ensure that the company's quality standards are upheld at all times.
Consolidation of monthly audit updates for Process and Compliance
Assist Financial Audit from time-to-time. Specifically, on Process and Compliance.
Prepare the updates weekly.
Assist as the need arises.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or Accountancy
At least 3 years of experience in Compliance and Process Auditing.
