Welink MCS is hiring for a Compliance Analyst in behalf of a client partner in the BPO Industry

Responsibilities:
The core mission of the Compliance Analyst is to review user applications following strict rules, policies, and instructions set by the client in compliance with AML, CFT, and other regulations. The KYC Analyst has to accurately analyze all user ****rmation and documents and determine if the application should be accepted, rejected, or failed.
Besides, the accountability and responsibilities of the KYC Compliance Analysts are as follows:
• Escalate cases to Team Lead or client when necessary
• Accomplish the daily target of high-quality user application reviews.
• Completely and accurately write review notes.
• Update internal reports.
• Attend client meetings and training.
• Communicate to the user via email to ****rm the user of the result of the review.
• Must be amenable to render overtime based on business needs.
• Provide back-office support to clients.
• Communicate to the client and/or to the client's customers via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist in adhoc work assigned by immediate supervisor.
Qualifications:
• Completed at least 2 years in a college of any course
• At least one (1) year experience in n Risk Compliance and KYC review or at least two (2) years' BPO inbound voice/email/chat experience in handling international accounts in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of AML/CFT is preferred
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule
• Must be amenable to the graveyard shift
• Amenable to work in Valero, Ayala, Makati
• Temporary Work from Home set-up
