The successful candidate will be a part of the newly centralised Agency team, and will be responsible for coordinating agency on boarding agency documentation and ongoing financial monitoring, both in the UK and Internationally. The Agency team resides within the wider Operations Team of the Company. Managing the coordination of the Agency On Boarding Process with our brokers, responsible for obtaining all necessary documentation and completing the necessary checklist. Completing the necessary financial analysis of the on boarding process. Managing the credit monitoring process for brokers. Undertaking an annual financial review on all broker relationships. Following agreed processes and procedures to ensure customer service standards are consistently achieved. Working within agreed SLA's to ensure effective stakeholder management. Proactive diary management to ensure activities are completed in line with Regulatory requirements. Managing Document retention to enable Audit activities. Skills: Excellent eye for detail in audited environment. Demonstrate a high level of problem solving and the ability to resolve issues. Strong analytical skills. Ability to manage own workload, prioritising tasks appropriately and ensuring that SLAs are achieved. Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people face to face and over the telephone. Good written communication skills to allow the job holder to write and respond to emails and other written correspondence. Experience of managing queries to successful resolution. Experience of working in a Regulated environment is preferable. Experience of stakeholder management at different levels is preferable. Insurance experience is preferable. Experience of working within a high paced environment is preferable. Bachelor in Business, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent discipline Financial qualification understanding UK & International company accounts.
