The candidate will provide analysis, will process and normalize the data to ensure data integrity and will create queries, views and reports. The candidate will provide support and be part of the US Corporate Underwriting Compliance and Audit teams. Maintain KY Positax system and provide system support to MGA personnel as needed. Assist CUS Sr. Business Analyst with maintenance of the Underwriting Letter of Authority system and other tasks as directed by the Sr. Business Analyst. Analyze information in ISO, NCCI and independent bureau circulars Maintain and update various databases on Sharepoint including the forms database Extract and organize various reports from SharePoint Upload documents and filing approvals to ImageRight Submit state filing via System for Electronic Rate and Form Filings (SERFF) Gather information and supporting documents required for state filings Tracks approvals of state filings utilizing SharePoint Process vendor invoices Add and update users and producer information in Oden Policy Terminator Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing task or project reports Develop and implement strategies that optimize efficiency and quality Skills Technical Skills Proficiency Level Required (R) /Optional (O) Microsoft Excel 3 R Circular Databases 2 R Bureau Regulatory Reporting 2 R Microsoft Office Suite 3 R Desired Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets (Excel) Knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.) ad databases (SQL, SharePoint etc.) Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings Working knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance
