Responsibilities:
Executes the Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and Rewards and Recognition (R&R) processes which include but is not limited to employee enrollment and delimitations, computation of benefits, evaluation of entitlements, monitoring, and completion of requirements, and with focus on Statutory.
Delivers quality customer service by having in-depth knowledge of C&B and R&R policies and procedures, proactively collaborating with different functions, providing appropriate and cost-effective solutions, and timely feedback.
Maintains updated employee benefits record in HR database (i.e. SAP-HR) and generating reports or data analytics needed by that support business decisions and directions
Requirements:
Must be a college graduate
At least 1 year of experience in handling statutory benefits and dealing with government agencies
Must be willing to work on site (MAKATI)
Working schedule Mon - Sat (Half Day)
Can start asap
