Collaborate with stakeholders to proactively identify opportunity / issues and lead solutions in support of business goals and improving organisational performance and capability
Review Compensation and Benefits and Recognition programmes to attract, motivate and retain talent to support business strategies
Work with various stakeholders to plan and ensure smooth implementation of HR initiatives
Participate in market survey; involve in regular market study and benchmark against external market to ensure competitiveness
Manages all related wage, salary and benefits programmes and recommends changes in accordance with prevailing or foreseen employment conditions in Singapore
Drive the annual performance management review and all salary review exercises
Assist in budgeting process which include manpower numbers and manpower costs
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Human Resource related field / Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the area of HR and Compensation and Benefits
Good knowledge of employment law and regulations and HR practices of Singapore
Proficient in HR Information System and SAP
