You can help us by managing our payroll process, generating automated reports and administering employee benefits that will bring the services of HR Department to higher standards.
The Job
You will be expected to:
Execute payroll data handling using automated payroll system bi-monthly and generate monthly reports;
Review and analyze payroll and reports for accuracy, and makes necessary adjustments or corrections;
In-charge of Statutory benefits reports and remittances, and employee records;
Handle employee HMO benefits and Multi-Purpose Cooperative point-of-contact;
Other projects assigned by HR Manager;
We may also ask you to:
Assist in planning and implementing regular employee engagements.
Support in administrative work.
The Candidate
It could be you, if you have:
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related course;
At least 3 years specializing in payroll process and employee benefits administration;
Very good knowledge in government benefits and tax laws;
Detail-oriented, team player, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
It also helps if you have:
Analytical skills and good interpersonal relations;
Positive disposition, can multi-task, mature and a person of integrity
