The Job requires design and implementation, communication, management of compensation and benefits, perks strategies relative to objective of the Organization. Responsible in determining good salary and benefit packages based on Market Research. Making sure that all Government Statutory benefits are well monitored and updated.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Responsible in developing, updating and review of Compensation and Benefits of the Company
2. Determine competitive wage rates and modify compensation plans
3. Making sure that all compensation and benefits of employees are released on identified schedules
4. Ensure that all Government Mandated requirements are submitted on time
5. Identify, review and administer benefits programs to increase the quality of employment by doing initiatives on Market Surveys and research across industry and check if its competitive and legal
6. Budget forecasting for personnel requirements
7. Oversee Payroll generation of reports
8. Conducts training on Orientation relative to C&B new employees
9. Monitors Leave Balances and Matrix custodian of reports
10. Basic Knowledge of Labor Law
