A2B Outsourcing is looking for an HR Compensation and Benefits Officer. Successful candidate will be working directly for A2B Outsourcing and will be reporting to the company's HR Manager and Directors.
Scope and Responsibilities:
Timekeeping for payroll purposes via Sprout HRIS
Verification of employees timelogs
Manage employees' payroll group
Enrollment and verification of Government Numbers
Enrollment/Deactivation of HMO
Issuance of HMO cards
Issuance of Philhealth ID
SSS Online Loan Approval
Processing of Quitclaim
Monitoring of SSS and Pag-IBIG loans
Processing of Maternity and Sickness benefits via SSS
Processing of Philhealth Numbers and BIR TIN
Monthly Mandatory Report Filing for SSS/Pag-IBIG/Philhealth
Monitoring and attending to the following:
Payroll Disputes
Verification of Logs
Timelogs Correction for Timekeeping purposes
VL/SL Monitoring
Certificate request for SSS/Pag-IBIG/Philhealth
Tax Status Update
Skills and Requirements:
At least 2 years Proven working experience as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Previous experience in the BPO set-up is preferrable
Extensive knowledge of HRIS ( SPROUT ) and MS EXCEL
Strong Organizational and Analytical Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work on-site (This is not a work from home job)
Salary and Benefits:
Up to Php 23k salary
Dayshift and Weekends OFF
HMO and Life Insurance upon regularization
10 Vacation Leaves
5 Sick Leave - convertible to cash if not used.
