Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a group of restaurants company. Our respective client is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Manager who will ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the HR Director and is located in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll processing, HMO enrollment, leave administration, and benefits remittances
Revise and create Compensation and Benefits policies, ensuring documentation for process improvement
Generate accurate reports supporting business programs, including masterlists, overtime, and HMO utilization
Design, monitor, and assess team and individual performance goals, conducting regular performance discussions
Ensure accuracy and compliance of information, processing in accordance with laws and internal KPI
Monitor C&B vendor agreements, evaluate system performance, and address potential issues
Manage compliant employee 201 files
Act as project manager for HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits systems integration and improvements
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, Behavioral Science, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of compensation and benefits experience, preferably in the Food/Restaurant industry.
Managed multiple companies with a minimum of 1000 employees.
Excellent administrative and organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Familiarity with various HR Payroll Software.
Proficient in MS Office Applications.
