Position Title: Compensation and Benefits Line Manager
Salary Grade: 25, 000 - 28,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor
Primary Relationships: Partner Staff
Date: January 2024
Schedule: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM PHT
Responsibilities:
Manage the Compensation and Benefits (COmpenben) branch of people management.
Benefits (HMO, retirement, health care, educational loan, salary loan, CO gears, etc.)
Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Evaluate and analyze Internal Controls and Processes in place related to Compenben. Includes, but is not limited to the following:
Task and project Management
Prepares recommendations/reports to be presented and shared with the People Management Manager
Absenteeism reports, benefit utilization reports, OT reports, etc.
Conducts audits of paperwork and other important documents needed for operations:
Benefit usage - HMO, education, etc.
Government related benefits
Health Business Continuity Plan
Review and evaluate policies and procedures
Develop and implement proper compensation, benefits and wellness programs.
Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
Communicate with management on a regular basis.
Make sure the company is compliant with DOLE OSH Program
Validation of Employee Medical Certificate
Work with HR in availing SSS Maternity, Sickness Benefit and Philhealth benefits
Organizing an Annual Physical Examination
Oversight and Collaboration with:
Compensation (Compliance, payroll, employee records/files, etc.)
Monthly Statutory Contributions
Offboarding Process (Last pay Computation)
Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree holder in any Business Administration or any field related to Compensation and Benefits Management
A minimum of 2-4 years as an HR Staff w/ supervisory role (HR Supervisor) - Compensation and benefits experience is required.
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Solid analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
