Compensation and Benefits Associate
Responsibilities
Actively monitor SSS-R1A, PhilHealth ER2, HDMF Registered Employees, and BIR's Tax Identification Number of the company and employees.
Issue Certifications of Contributions and Loans to employees.
Handle the process and monitoring of SSS Maternity and Sickness Benefits, SSS and HDMF Loans.
Ensure timely payment of required government monthly premiums.
Process and monitors Company Benefits like the Perfect Attendance Bonus, Travel Allowance and HMO.
Actively collaborate with relevant departments and HR divisions regarding compensation and benefits matters.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits to ensure compliance with government mandated laws and regulations.
Prepare reports and documentation required for government compliance and audits related to compensation and benefits.
Stay updated with changes in SSS, PHIC, and HDMF regulations, ensuring the organization adheres to new requirements.
Coordinate with external agencies, such as government institutions or benefit providers, to ensure efficient processing of employee benefits.
To perform other HR-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Specification:
Have a proven HR experience of 1-2 years, particularly in managing Compensation and Benefits, with an in-depth understanding of SSS, PHIC, and HDMF processes.
Demonstrate familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations related to administering employee benefits.
Display excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining precise records and adhering to legal mandates.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively engage with employees and external agencies.
