Description of Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits.
Generally responsible for tasks, activities and concerns related to payroll and compensation & benefits
1. Preparation of the following government reports:
Social Security System
i. Contribution's payment return - Form R5
ii. Monthly Salary Payment Return - ML-1
iii. Employees Contribution Report - Form R3
PHIC
iv. Contribution Payment Return - ME5
v. Employee Contribution Report HDMF
vi. Contribution Payment Return
vii. Membership Registration / Remittance Return - Form MI-1

viii. BIR Alphalist Year End Report
· In charge of all government loans and benefits (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH)
· Processing and attending queries of employees regarding clearance, SSS/Pag ibig/Sickness/Maternity/Calamity loans and other benefits.
· Facilitates filing of claims to SSS/EC/Philhealth/HDMF via online or manual transaction to government offices for any related concerns.
· Processing changes in salaries of all employees from issuance of Movement paper and coordination with Payroll in Charge
· In charge of coordination with BDO Insurance and HMO for renewal annually and other concerns
· Application of new Company/Termination of Company in SSS/Philhealth and Pag-Ibig renewal of Specimen Signature Cards yearly
· Secure and verify government numbers such as SSS/HDMF, TIN and PhilHealth for newly hired employees.
· Administering of Annual Physical Examination of All Employees- coordination with employees and HMO provider.
Yearly renewal of government clearance as requirement for business permit renewal (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
Educate employees on government and other company benefits
2. 2.Coordinate with other departments within the company as necessary
3. 3. Organized safekeeping of department documents
4. 4. Responsible on handling the RA and submit the same to Audit Department monthly,
5. 5. monitoring for deduction of workers PPE Uniform request and coordinate to payroll for deduction on salary, BDP/RCBC Forms for submission to the banks mentioned after checking and verifying the attachment required by the bank.
5. 6. For cross training on other HR areas and responsibility, including payroll among others.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree on psychology, business management, business administration or finance management
2. Analytically inclined, detail oriented, good in numbers, strong ethics, and discretion
3. Good in written and communication skills
4. Proven working experience as Compensation and Benefits
5. Prior experience in HR practices
6. Knowledge of HRIS and MS Office
7. Proactive, with independent judgment
