Position Title: Compensation And Benefit Associate (Payroll Specialist)

Salary: 18,000 - 20,000 a month
Reports to: Head of Administration
Primary Relationship: Clark outsourcing Internal Team
Date: July 2022
Schedule: 9AM - 6PM
Main Responsibilities:
Main responsibility with regards to Compensation and Benefit Associate, processes Clark Outsourcing payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Creates and maintains employees' payroll records. Calculate wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and timesheet records. Enters payroll information into the Google Sheet payroll system for processing. Issues employees' payslip via Gmass and completes payroll reports and sends them to the Finance team. Compensation and Benefit Associate is responsible for the creation of monthly reporting and payment for Statutory Contributions (SSS, Philhealth and PagIBIG) including SSS loans and PagIBIG loans.
Task and Responsibilities:
Compile employee time in and out extracted from the attendance system.
Verify employees' cash advances and government-provided loans for Payroll report.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto database records.
Record employee information, such as new employees and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Calculate the disputes that were raised from the previous payroll.
Coordinate the payroll reports to the Finance Department.
Maintain a separate copy of the database as a basis for their payslip.
Distribute the copy of the payslip via email.
Coordinate and communicate with the Coolture Coaches regarding employees' pay questions and concerns.
Provide attendance reports for invoicing to the Finance Department after payroll for client's invoicing purposes.
Compute final pay of all offboarded employees.
Sending of final pay computation and breakdown to offboarded employees via email.
Updating People Management Trello Boards related to your main responsibility Daily
Creation of monthly reporting and payment for Statutory Contributions (SSS, Philhealth and PagIBIG) including SSS loans and PagIBIG loans
Handle queries related to government statutory obligations and ensure resolutions with specified timelines
Coordinate with government-mandated offices on payments and posting of premium contributions and member loans
Performs additional duties as assigned by the HR Manager or AVP-People Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field
At least (2) years of experience administering compensation and benefits or as a payroll specialist
At least (2) years working knowledge of government agency benefits (SSS, HDMF, PHIC)
Excellent time management skills & strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft office or related software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)
