Description and Requirements
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Manager, Total Rewards, you will contribute to the implementation and administration of Compensation programs across multiple geographic regions.

Additional Job Description
▪ Compensation Administration * Perform with large data sets, audits, reconciliations, v-lookups, data edits and complex calculations.
Prepare initial calculation for the quarterly / semi-annual bonus budget for officers.
Severance and Retirement benefit pay processing and validation.
Audit of allowance premiums, partnering with various teams i.e.recruitment, business partners, operations, and others in resolving audit issues within the agreed turn around time.
Support the administration of the annual salary review & bonus plan implementation as processed in Workday.
▪ Compensation Planning * Participates in compensation surveys and salary benchmarking. Download survey results and conduct initial analysis.
Conduct incumbent analysis to ensure fair pay within the organization.
Talent pricing - prepare fully loaded cost for Managers and upper management.
▪ Policy and Process Management * Creation & update of process map / flow chart and policies for all compensation related items.
▪ Reporting * Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
Collaborate with various stakeholders such as legal, finance, HR teams, line managers to
Continuous Improvement - identify opportunities to simplify and automate, and ensure standardization within the team
Required Experience, Education, Skills & Competencies:
Bachelor's Degree Holder in any field
Two (2) to Threer (3) years of Payroll/Accounting/Compensation and Benefits or other HR related professional experience. Work experience preferably within the call center, customer service, or any labor-intensive industry
Strong relevant experience, or combination of education and work experience
Very good verbal and written communication skills
Experience in analyzing data
Highly competent in MS Excel, PowerPoint & other analytical tools
You possess a natural curiosity, analytical mind, and excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task
Highly organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and drive to resolve issues
