In this role, you will lead in the calculation and review of the organization's commission and bonus plans. Your technical skills are crucial in gathering all necessary data to ensure a comprehensive analysis and subsequent payments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Fully understanding company policies and rules related to bonus and commission plans
Cleansing and organizing sales and service data out of CRM
Completing calculations of all applicable bonuses and commission payments
Verifying that all payments are 100% correct
Working with leadership on changes or updates to existing bonus and commission plans
Accomplishing regular reporting requirements related to the payments made
Requirements
Qualities/Experiences we're seeking:
More than 3 years of accounting experience
Experience in using CRM and other database facilities
Highly proficient at using Excel spreadsheets and other database platforms
Strong organizational abilities
Meticulous and results-oriented
