Langrich-on: Language Proficiency Inc. An EnglishCentral Company is looking for an HR/COMPANY NURSE
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must have a license (not expired)
At least 1-2 years of experience as a company nurse
Familiarity in processing DOLE compliance
Certified in BLS, OSH, BOSH, and ONHAP is a BIG PLUS
Kind and empathetic personality
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Can follow instructions and is a fast learner
Can work with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Application: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
Can work either on a morning or mid-shift
 
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide Basic Health care assistance to all employees
Administer Prescribed Medication and Treatment (when needed)
Assist the company doctor (when reporting for work)
Organize Employee Annual Physical Exams 
Assist and organize Quarterly Benefit Caravan - SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH and among others
Raise Health care Awareness campaign by sending an email blast to employees and posting  on bulletin  boards
Report on Employee Health, processing Sanitary Permits, HMO, and others
Keep Health and Safety Records of the EnglishCentral employees and company 
Provide Reports necessary for Department of Labor and Employment
Assist the Human Resource Department in HR tasks related
Attend seminars and training
