Job Responsibility:
*Administer first aid treatment and proper medication to employees as needed
*Monitor and record the symptom and condition of a patient
*Maintains medical and other related records of all employees
*Process medical reimbursement, SSS Maternity and sickness notification for employees
*Monitors the stock inventory of medicines and other supplies in the clinic
*Organize Annual Physical Examination (APE) to all employees
*Prepares and maintains clinic-related report
*Support Safety Activities
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
• Must be a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
• Candidate must be willing to render overtime and do shifting schedule.
Other Requirement:
*Must have leadership skills
*Certificate on BOSH Training is an advantage *With work experience in a corporate set-up under safety and health.
Salary: Php. 20,000
