We are looking for:
 
COMPANY NURSE
 
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
 
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Cares for and treats patients in medical office: Prepares patient for and assists with examinations.
Administers injections and medications, dresses wounds and incisions, interprets physician's instructions to patients, assists with emergency and minor surgery, and performs related tasks as directed.
Maintains records of vital statistics and other pertinent data of employees.
Cleans and sterilizes instruments and equipment, and maintains stock of supplies.
Provides complete patient assessment, including vital signs and pre-examination procedures. Gathers and assesses objective and subjective data from the patient.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Must have a Degree in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license
Preferably with 1 year working experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge in basic occupational health and safety practices
Basic Life Support/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification is a plus
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge of medical practice and care, medical equipment and instruments
Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions
Ability to assist in variety of treatment and medications
Skill in developing and maintaining clinical quality assurance
