Job Description
Provide medical care:
Administer first aid, emergency treatment, and over-the-counter medications. 
Assess employee health:
Evaluate employee health, provide initial diagnoses, and make referrals as needed. 
Maintain health records:
Keep accurate and confidential employee health records. 
Promote health and safety:
Develop and implement health and safety programs, educate employees on occupational hazards, and ensure compliance with regulations. 
Coordinate with other departments:
Work with HR and management to address employee health concerns and manage benefits.
