JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
Record and maintain medical history and symptoms of employees
Administer over the counter medication to employees
Provide first aid and emergency treatment in the workplace
Monitoring and inventory of medicines
Submit requisition of medicines to HR and Admin Manager every 20th of the month
Check authenticity of fit to work clearance and other medical records
Maintenance of leave forms and issuance to employees as requested
Advise and guide qualified employees to file SSS Sickness Notification. Once verified correctness of form and its attachments, forward to HR Compensation and Benefits for filing.
Receive and check authenticity of official receipts and medical records submitted by qualified regular employees for Health Reimbursement. Passed documents must be submitted to HR and Admin
JOB QUALIFICATION
Job description
Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree in Nursing
A Licensed Nurse
With at least 1-2 years experience as Company Nurse in a manufacturing company but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
With good interpersonal skills, communication and observational skills.
Flexible and willing to be trained in HR/Admin work.
Can start ASAP.
Preferably a resident of Tanauan City, Batangas or nearby municipalities.
