JOB DESCRIPTION
Administers the following medical and health care services:
First Aid treatment of employees' injuries sustained in the workplace
Dispensing of medicines
BP monitoring
Monitoring against alcoholism, diabetes, cholesterol, renal diseases, etc.
Refers the ill and injured employees to designated medical facilities upon concurrence with management.
Pays visits to employees confined in hospitals for medical care and treatment.
Conducts health lectures to inform employees of prevalent occupational healthcare tips and measures.
Monitors the inventory of all medical equipment, materials and supplies; and facilitates for their repair and maintenance, procurement and replenishment respectively.
Facilitates the processing of applications for SSS Benefits Claims (Sickness/Maternity), PhilHealth & iCare.
Monitors the performance of the CHBC Banilad Canteen concessionaire through a checklist accomplished monthly, and ensures that standards of Food, Service, and Cleanliness/Sanitation (FSC) are complied with.
Assists in the implementation of Employee Engagement Programs (EEPs) in collaboration with the HRD Supervisor(s), and the Annual Medical and Health Calendar in coordination with Company Physician.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, with PRC license
Experience is a plus but not required
A basic life support/first aid training certificate is an advantage
Familiar with the Occupational Safety and Health Standards
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) applications.
