- PRC License
- OSH Training
- Critical-thinking skills.
- Working experience of at least 3 years.
- Experience working in a construction company is an advantage.
- A warm and caring disposition.
- Willing to work in Intramuros, Manila
- Preferable have his/her own car/motor for transportation or willing to rent an apartment near the Office.
