RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attends health concerns of employees at all times.
Coordinates Pre-employment Examination, Annual Physical Exam and Executive Check-up schedule and other requests/concerns with applicant, employees and vendors.
Assists assigned Physician.
Reviews and recommends improvements in the existing practices relative to health programs.
Provides regular health information to prevent chronic and short-term illnesses.
Monitors and ensures safety of clinic medicines and medical equipment.
Processes annual report to DOLE, documents and ID's for sanitary permit and PhilHealth documents for confinement claims.
QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
Required languages: English, Filipino
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
Willing to do administrative works such as documentation, monitoring and filing of employees' concerns related to health benefits.
