This includes administering first aid and immediate medications where it is necessary and needed under his/her professional limits Raise Healthcare Awareness. Evaluates employee's health and propose lifestyle recommendations to improve their health Conduct employee-wide short meetings and coaching to discuss general healthcare tips and recommendations Organize employees annual physical exam and coordinate with the Healthcare provider Prepares monthly/cut-off medicine reimbursement verification to coordinate with payroll officer in charge Monitor health status and Sick Leaves Recommend about new healthcare initiatives at lower healthcare costs Coordinate with HR Officers pertaining to pre-employment requirement and statuses Assist in the Onboarding orientation related to health and good grooming practices Assist in Company's Social Corporate Activities and other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
