The Role
As a Company Nurse, you will assist the physicians in dispensing medical assistance to employees; manages the medical supplies and facilities of the bank and processes the medical benefit of all employees.
How you'll contribute
Provides immediate medical assistance to affected employees (e.g. dispensing of medicine, first aid and escorting to hospital) as needed or in the absence of a physician to maintain the health and safety of employees in the workplace.
Coordinates with the HMO on the services availed by the bank and its employees (enrolment, payments, referrals etc.,) based on the agreed parameters to properly administer this health benefit to employees.
Performs other related duties (administration of death benefit assistance, blood donation etc.,) as part of the health and welfare services provided by the bank.
Maintains and updates individual health records of employees based on daily transactions for reference on medical benefits availed and dispensed.
Disseminates relevant health advisories (e.g. infectious diseases, seasonal conditions, health risks) to educate employees on the risks and treatment.
Processes and monitors the medical encashment of officers and medical allowance of rank and file employees to be dispensed within the prescribed turnaround time.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in the field of Nursing
Registered Nurse
With at least 2 years of experience
Certification for OSH for Nurses and First Aid will be an advantage
Patient management, Occupational health and safety
Good Communication skills, patient handling, first aid
Able to handle different types of people across the organization, able to handle emergencies and sensitive information
