Job Description
 Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
 Required language(s): English
 At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position( as company nurse).
 Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
 Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.

Specific Tasks and Responsibilities:
 Provide Basic Occupational Health and Care to Company's Employees. This includes administering first aid and immediate medications where it is necessary and needed under his/her professional limits
 Raise Healthcare Awareness. Evaluates employee's health and propose lifestyle recommendations to improve their health
 Conduct employee-wide short meetings and coaching to discuss general healthcare tips and recommendations
 Organize employees annual physical exam and coordinate with the Healthcare provider
 Prepares monthly/cut-off medicine reimbursement verification to coordinate with payroll officer in charge
 Monitor health status and Sick Leaves
 Recommend about new healthcare initiatives at lower healthcare costs
 Coordinate with HR Officers pertaining to pre-employment requirement and statuses
 Assist in the Onboarding orientation related to health and good grooming practices
 Assist in Company's Social Corporate Activities and other related tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Qualification
 Preferably a licensed Nurse
 Certification in Basic Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
 Good and effective in oral or written communication
 Could be without BOSH Certificate but must have at least a year of experience in hospital settings
 Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply but must be licensed and with BOSH Certificate
