Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assess and determine the health status of the employees
- Will be in charge of operating the company clinic and executing its health and safety programs
- Provide emergency treatment to all employees by giving first aid, checking vital signs, and dispensing medicine to prevent further complications
- Accompany and transport the injured or ailing employee to the nearest medical service or hospital in case of emergency or accident
- Call for an ambulance and admit the employee to the hospital in case of emergency or accident and brief paramedics on the employee's condition
- Review all pre-employment health checks, medical clearances and certificates and tracks the health conditions of employees
- Conduct regular inventory of medicines, medical supplies and coordinate with Admin/Purchasing for the requisition of medicine
- Update, monitor and keep clinic forms and documentation for the standard procedure and reporting
- Liaise with a healthcare provider to set up annual exams for all employees and reviews the best-recommended package for the company
- Establish partnership with clinics or hospitals for pre-employment requirements,
- Initiate and manage the health and wellness programs in the company
- Conduct periodic rounds to prevent health and safety hazards and creates safety awareness among employees
- Orient new employees when it comes to company rules and regulations with health and safety
- Maybe assigned with administrative tasks from time to time
- Perform other tasks that are assigned by the supervisor or by the CEO
Qualifications:
- The ideal candidate is a Licensed Nurse who has at least 2-3 years of work experience
- An ONHAP certificate and BOSH, ACLS, BLS training is an advantage
- Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent
- Required skill(s): nurse, nursing, health care practices, health and safety management
- Required language(s): English, Filipino
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Preferably 1-4 years experienced employee specializing in healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent
- Willing to work in Iloilo
- Willing to start ASAP
