Job Description
Nursing and First Aid
Provide initial medical assessment, provide first aid treatment and issue correct basic medication to employees and staff as appropriate.
Provide nursing care to injured or ill employees and refer them to a hospital for further treatment as deemed necessary.
Maintain medical and other related records of all employees.
Administer COVID-19 Rapid Testing to employees as needed.
Monitor and maintain COVID-19 databases and reports.
Monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies and replenish every month.
Submit monthly reports related to sickness, medicine, health activities etc.
Employee Benefits and Administration
Collate data for new regularized employees for HMO enrollment and submit data to ESR Officer before the quarterly enrollment.
Assist in organizing Annual Physical Examination of all staff.
Assist ESR Officer in creating health analysis and wellness programs after APE.
Inform and require sick employees to submit medical certificates upon returning for work after sick leave
Assist the employees with their HMO queries.
Assist employees in completing their documents for benefit claims/loans under SSS, ECC, PHIC, Maternity leaves, Paternity leave, insurance and/or hospitalization benefits, if any and submit to ESR officer for processing.
Assist the ESR Officer and HROD in the delivery of monthly employee programs and initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
Registered Nurse
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience is required.
Preferably with Occupational Safety and Health Certification
