Company Nurse
The main role of the Company Nurse is to design and implement a health and wellbeing program that is aligned to the requirements of the Department of Health and Department of Labor & Employment. The Company Nurse will work closely with the Occupational Safety & Health Committee, People Business Partner, and People Operations teams.
Key Accountabilities:
Provide first aid treatment and medications to employees as needed
Record employee medical information
Assess and determine health status of employee and include possible recommendation
Consults and coordinates with other health care teams to assess, plan and implement + evaluate patient care plan/s
Work with healthcare and OSH team to implement programs designed to improve employee wellness
Refer, report and transport employee/s needing medical attention when required
Regular inventory and analysis of medicine and medical supplies to ensure availability and access for all
Create and promote occupational health and safety and wellness awareness
Schedule and implement annual physical exam
Engage in research related and relevant to medical/corporate nursing care
Perform general affairs, tasks and activities
Perform other duties and responsibilities that will be assigned
Minimum Qualifications
Essential
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)
At least 1 year of related experience (clinical, corporate)
Good planning and organizing skills
Good written and spoken English language skills plus other languages as appropriate to the client-specific requirements
Flexibility in shift schedule (from 10:00AM to 7:00PM and 6:00PM to 3:00AM)
Desirable
With OHNAP certification
