Scope: To provide basic healthcare services to employees. You are responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding employee recovery, promoting health, and assisting injured employees. Your role is improving employee retention levels and reducing healthcare costs.
Responsibilities:
Performs first aid intervention on occupational injuries at site premises
• Assess health condition of employees (BP monitoring, Body Mass Index Calculation, Vital Signs Monitoring)
• Handle health queries and problems of employees and identifying possible solutions to their problems
• Administration of medication upon doctor's order
• Gives additional diagnostic referrals to the patient upon doctor's order
• Documentation of care provided
• Checks pre-employment medical requirements of newly hired employees
• Inspection of the site for health hazards
• Documentation of accident/incident reports
• Monthly Inventory of Medicines
• Responsible for Emergency Medical Evacuation
• Monthly compilation of accident/incident reports and Illnesses
• Provides Monthly Health Seminars
• Educate workers regarding health and wellness
• Responsible for Annual Medical Report and Annual Health Program Essential
Qualifications:
• Registered Nurse
• Previous experience in Occupational Health Nursing or with certificate on Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage
• Able to multi-task
