We are looking for a Company Nurse who will provide primary healthcare services to our company employees. They may be responsible for providing general first aid when needed, along with assessing employee health risks and promoting employee health.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for employees as needed, including assistance to the nearest hospital
Monitor and record the patient's condition
Maintain all employees medical and other similar records
Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit "fit to work" certificate
Interpret and evaluate diagnostic test based on the verification of medical documents
Schedule in the applicable medical examination of employees
Generate a medical reimbursement report every month
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month
Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assign from time to time
Plan and implement all programs relating to OSH
Implement rules and regulations as required by the OSH Law
Qualifications:
Must be a Licensed Nurse (RN)
Training and Experience in Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) would be an advantage
Strong analytical and planning skills
Willing to be assigned in Valenzuela City
