Duties and Responsibilities:
· Create and incorporate such occupational fitness services, such as preventive health management.
· Keep track of employee well-being and reportorial.
· Provide first-aid services for injuries and illnesses.
· Looks for more experienced medical/health-care services and makes referrals.
· Hold a health-advice session with a sick employee.
· Validate and resolve health problems through a background check and/or a home visit.
· Occupational health threats should be tracked, reported, and handled.
· Keep an eye on the local and global epidemics, report on them, and provide advisories.
· Engage in employee activities that necessitate medical assistance.
· Continued personal health education and credential is required.
· Manage the medical/clinical services of the organization in a safe and tidy fashion.
· Assist with all such tasks that might be assigned from time to time.
· Check pre-employment medical requirements and annual physical medical examination and documents to make sure that employees are physically fit to work.
· Monitor and comply with government related requirements.
· Check for the right HMO services/providers daily.
· Handles admin functions
· Maybe given ad hoc tasks from time to time
· Handles vendor management such as but not limited to admin tasksQualifications:
- With BOSH Certification under OHNAP - required
- Intermediate knowledge with MS Office
- With updated PRC License
- Knowledge of DOLE-OSH requirement
- Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog
