QUALIFICATION STANDARD:
Registered Nurse
At least six (6) months relevant experience
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains compliance to policies on health and safety
Administer first aid response to employee and prescribe remedial medical care and attend emergency situation. If needed for hospitalization, responsible to refer and accompany the patient as well;
Make assessments and reports regarding illness or injuries;
Facilitate wellness programs promoting employee healthy/wellness in the workplace;
Responsible to conduct regular inventory of medicines, ensure availability of first aid and prepares purchase requests for health and wellness-related materials/ supplies/ equipment;
Facilitates government-mandated health & safety standard; and
Performs other functions that may be assigned.
