Qualifications:
• Candidate must be a Registered Nurse
• Female; 24-30 years old
• With at least 2 years of working experience as Company Nurse
• With OHNAP Training is an advantage
• Must have a First Aid Training / BLS (Basic Life Support) Training
• Knowledgeable in IATF and DOH guidelines in COVID-19 management
• Computer literate
Job Description:
• Responsible for applying immediate and independent professional judgment regarding employee's health condition.
• Provides first-aid treatments and medications for both hotel guests and employees as needed.
• Give assistance to guest's medical inquiry.
• Assess and determine the health status of the employee which includes recommendation like sent home or back to work.
• Refers/transports ill employees/guests to the hospital as necessary.
• Consults and Coordinates with HMO to asses, plan and evaluate patient care plans.
• Prepares purchase or requisition of medicines /equipment as necessary to ensure availability of all medical supplies.
• Conducts regular inventory of medicines and supplies.
• Maintains all employees medical and other similar records especially for DOLE compliance.
• Schedules and implements annual physical examination of employees.
• Assess employee's examination results and refer to HMO's accredited physician for management.
• Engage in research activities and seminars related to nursing.
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copy).
• Support in recruitment processing and other related activities.
• Assist in company occasions and trainings.
• Assist with day to day HR functions and duties.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned by proper authority.
