Provide General First Aid to employees when required assess employee health risks and promote employee health.
1.Comply with OSHA (Occupational safety and health administration) in keeping accurate records for all work related injuries.
2.Handling Insurance and HMO enrollment for employees.
3.Monitor the health status of all employees and provide assessment and recommendations such as well being programs for any and all issues related to health.
4.Attend to all health & Safety issues of the company including but not limited emergencies,home visits,maintenance of safety equipment & tools maintenance of health facilities, tools and medical kits.
5.Coordinate and communicate with accredited clinics, hospitals and medical institution.
6.Point person for the annual medical exam.
7.Responsible in safety awareness,issue & Updates of warnings to employees by bulletin boards,
8.Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
9.Monitor and maintain medical equipment and supplies inventory at all times.
10.Designated as First Aider
