Principal Responsibilities:
a. Assists Human Resources in developing wellness programs and other employee engagement activities.
b. Leads the health and wellness program implementation and monitors the health conditions of every employee.
c. Coordinates with accredited outsourced provider in conducting the Annual Physical Examination and other medical activities that the company requires.
d. Create reports needed by DOLE in terms of health and safety.
e. Acts as a member of the safety committee and performs necessary tasks assigned by the Safety Officer as part of the Safety and Health requirements by DOLE.
f. Acts as the head of the First Aid team of the Company and ensures preparedness of the First Aid team (knowledge and preparedness of team, readiness of equipment and first aid kit).
g. Ensures that the Clinic is prepared to accommodate emergency cases and consultations.
h. Coordinates treatment with OH Physician and facilitates telemedicine schedule.
i. Endorses employees to HR with regards to sickness and maternity benefits with SSS as well as Philhealth requirements and claims.
j. Assists the affiliates (Tire Center) in monitoring the health and wellness of employees including pre-employment medical and annual physical test results.
k. Coordinates and monitors HMO endorsements with HR.
l. Handles other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time-to-time.
Skills and Specifications:
▪ Proficient in MS Office applications especially in Excel spreadsheet.
▪ Preferably with knowledge in ISO 9001 and 14001:2015
▪ With strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Highly organized and analytical
