Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers
Give immediate temporary treatment in case of injury or illness, before the services of a physician becomes available.
Participate in health maintenance examination. If a physician is not available, to perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession, and if more extensive examinations are needed, to refer the safe to a physician.
Participate in the maintenance of workplace health and well-being of the workers.
Maintain a reporting and records system
Maintain workplace health & safety programs, as well as medical services & facilities.
Ensures quality medical & health care to employees.
Prepares monthly report on clinic utilization & submits it to superior.
In-charge of monitoring company clinic inventory, including medicines & supplies.
Prepares list of equipment for preventive maintenance & identifies medical equipment for repair.
Performs other task that maybe assigned from time to time
Licensed Nurse with at least 6 months experience
