Description
- Notification and keeping of records of accidents and/or occupational illnesses and man-hour loss on
monthly basis.
- Reports unsafe conditions and practices to the supervisor by making suggestions for correction or removal
of accident or health standards.
- Report to DOLE annual Accidents Report/ Record of establishment.
- Coordinates with government/private agencies in establishing measures programs on sickness prevention.
- Provides first aid to employees who are sick and injured.
- Coordinates with physicians/hospitals/dentist for possible admission or consultation of employees.
- Prepares employees and coordination for regular/ annual physical exam.
- Monitors sick leaves of employees.
- Controls issuance and inventory of medical supplies.
- Process sickness, medical benefits of employees.
- Closely coordinates with HRS for health problems and benefits of employees.
- Performs other function that may be assigned by the Superior from time to time.
