Issuance of medicine, if need be
Attend to daily concern of associates regarding medical concerns
Provide First Aid treatment
After being on sick leave, schedule the associate an appointment with the doctor to secure a fit to work clearance.
Before sending home associates, seek clearance from the doctor.
Coordinate with the concerned department head/ manager if associate will be sent home due to illness/ sick leave
Submit to HRD and Security daily medical clinic report (i.e. list of unfit to work, fit to work, consultation)
Issue copy of associate's PhilHealth contributions, MDR and signed CF1 (documents will be provided by HRD to the Clinic)
Monitor sick leave filing and be the first line approver.
Flag any sick leave concerns
Attend the HR daily briefing
Submit duty roster/ names of physician and nurse/ reliever on duty on a weekly basis to HRD
Submit weekly sick leave report
Check first aid kits and refill as needed
Conduct locker checks prior to fumigation
Prepare monthly Sick Leave Report per department/ division for payroll
Conduct inventory and ordering of medical supplies and medicines
Conduct inspections of all "First Aid Stations" and refill to par-stock level.
