Job Description
Provides medical services (First aid, treatment)
Responsible for clinic equipment's and supplies.
Replenish medical supplies; monitor the stock inventory of medicines and other necessary supplies from time to time.
As HR Assistant-Administer end to end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interview, employee orientation and on boarding-Provides administrative and clerical support
Ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
Ensure all documents are filed in an orderly manner
Assist with day to day operations of HR functions and duties
Accomplish administrative tasks like filing documents and maintaining databases.
Assist in the implementation of the performance process
Perform other duties and assignment that may be assigned or required by the supervisor or manager
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree in Nursing or equivalent
With RN Licensed
Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Proactive and enthusiastic attitude
High attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
At least 1 year of related experience
