Job Descriptions:
Responsible in attending to all employee health concerns while and during working hours
Provides first aid treatment for minor injuries/accidents
Receives patients and renders necessary nursing care and treatment like dispensing of the required medicines prescription of dosage
Maintains systematic filing of medical and health records
Prepare and submit annual report to DOLE
Prepares monthly inventory report of medicines and other consumables
Maintain cleanliness of working area.
Perform other related functions that may be assigned by Immediate Superior from time to time.
