Job description
Shall assists employees with their initial benefits enrollment, changes in coverage and claim issues.
Shall handle medical issues and full scale of benefit provided by the company from employee assistance program to retirement benefits.
Shall be responsible in cancelling benefits those employees who leave the company.
Shall performs other related payroll duties as requested.
Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies twice a month.
Shall possess high level of trustworthiness and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data
Shall contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Shall be responsible in facilitating the Monthly Birthday Celebration.
