GENERAL DUTIES:
Provide primary healthcare services and implement the Company's Health Programs.
DETAILED ROLE:
Provide health care delivery and appropriate treatment to employees/individuals needing immediate medical assistance. Dispense OTC (over the counter) medicines and issue prescriptions within allowable/authorization limits. Conducts home/hospital visits to employees.
Implement Annual Physical Exam for all Employees, Drug Testing, Wellness Programs, Immunization, Blood Letting and other Health Programs, in tandem with the SM Medical Services Group and partners.
Provide individual counseling sessions to employees on healthcare and maintenance, results of health screening and health promotion activities, family planning, exercise and nutrition, including dissemination of various health information, wellness bulletin, handouts, etc. Orients newly hired/regularized employees on various health benefits.
Train appointed marshals, security guards, and other non-medical personnel on emergency triage and basic first aid procedures in support of the Company's Emergency Preparedness Program / Health & Safety Campaign.
Maintain employee medical and health records, Clinic inventory management and housekeeping.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Registered Nurse is an advantage.
