1. Roving Nurse/s in all offices
2. Random validation of all sick leaves
3. Inspection of office cleanliness and sanitation - drinking water, pantry, garbage disposal, office orderliness and cleanliness, reporting of office health hazards, etc.
4. Monitoring of Emergency Kits - medicines inventory, requisitions, consumption reporting
5. Maintaining of Health Bulletins in each office - at least with updates once a week esp. COVID-19 related safety and health reminders, other visual health awareness campaigns
6. Detailed reporting of work-related sickness, illnesses, accidents
7. Attending to workplace accidents for immediate medical treatment
8. COVID-19 related testing, handling of tests kits, reporting
9. Annual Physical Exams (APE)
10. Others
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
