Description
METRO INDEX GARMENTS INCORPORATED is currently looking for a Company Nurse.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for providing basic first aid and evaluating employees' health
2. Assists Company Physician and Dentist during consultation and determining amount of leave the employee should be given
3. May conduct thorough examinations on an employee and provide initial diagnosis on medical conditions and if condition worsens, calls for an ambulance
4. Ensures that company is up-to-date with local health and employment safety legislations
5. Responsible for securing and maintaining all employees' health records and equipment
6. Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must be a graduate of BS Nursing
2. Registered Nurse is a plus
3. Fresh Grad / Non-passers are welcome to apply
3. Computer literate - Microsoft Office
4. Communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
