We are looking for a certified company nurse to provide basic healthcare services to our company's employees. The company nurse will be responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety Programs, assessing health risks, in addition to the prevention and treating of resultant illness or injury. The company nurse should promote good health among employees by assessing them at regular intervals, keeping health records for every employee, and maintaining good communication with company management regarding healthcare and safety.
Respond promptly to the employees' or guests' emergencies that need medical attention.
Develop and implement health and safety programs
Administer Annual Physical Exam in coordination with the partner laboratory
Coordinate with Security Officer with regards to BOSH
Maintain communication and relationship with outside agencies like CDC, DOH, etc
Provide thorough check on Health Declaration Forms of employees and guests
Assist the HR in facets of administrative, timekeeping, and compensation and benefits
Implement measures/programs related to Covid-19
Provide emergency treatment in the workplace
Administer medication to employees
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the Hotel clinic
Monitor stocks of medicine and identify medicines for replenishment
Promote healthy eating and wellness programs
Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential
Improve the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks
Communicate with management on a regular basis
Attend seminar workshops on HIV/AIDS, Gender Sensitivity, Family planning, and Stress Management
Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management
Qualifications and Skills
Registered Nurse
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Attentive, courteous, and service-oriented person
Possesses excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
Possesses excellent customer service skills
Willing to work on a flexible and extended schedule
Post Graduate Degree in Basic Occupational Health and Safety is an advantage
Working experience as a company or a regular nurse is an advantage
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
1 year of experience
