【 Job Description 】
Provide Basic Health Care (First Aide)
Administered prescribed Medication to patient
Evaluating employees health and making lifestyle recommendation to improve their health
Facilitate Annual Physical Exam of company's employees
Guide and direct all referrals to outside healthcare providers and services
Evaluate and treat all injuries and illnesses in an efficient and professional manner within the scope of practice and consistent with clinical Nursing Guidelines
Manage all cases to facilitate productivity, assuring appropriate care and return to work.
Responsible in promoting Health & Wellness Program to Empower Employees Health
Facilitate & Conduct Audit to the canteen area towards providing hygienic ,healthy and tasteful foods for the employees.
• Responsible in monitoring, issuance but not limited to Company Uniforms & Company Inside Shoes (Safety Shoes & Slippers)
【 Requirements 】
(1) Gender: Doesn't Matter
(2) Age: 23 - 40
-Graduate of BS Nursing -Registered Nurse -Attended BOSH Training or licensed Safety Officer -Has working experience as nurse -Fluent in English -Has knowledge and experience in processing/completing DOLE requirements.
-Skilled in MS office especially in Excel.
-Someone who lives near the company and can manage to commute with no problem, also for the interview (very important because many employees are not able to commute anymore due to this problem) -Can start ASAP or at least within 15 days
-Has working experience in manufacturing set up
Work Location: Clark Freeport Zone, 2023, Pampanga, Philippines
