JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
With 1-2 years working experience as a Company Nurse or regular nurse
Should have first aid experience or Certification as First Aider from the Philippine Red Cross
With Comprehensive Clinical Training in Occupational Health and Nursing
With excellent communication, organizational and critical-thinking skills
With a warm and caring disposition
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Provide medical services and dispensing of medicines to company personnel
Renders physical examination, first aid, and routine treatment
Evaluates pre-employment medical examination results
Provide first aid medicine for emergency purposes
Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential
Promotes healthy eating and wellness programs
Develop and implements health and safety programs
Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks
Communicate with management on a regular basis
Attends health related seminar and conduct health teachings to an employee as needed
